Payment rules of your ballet summer course

Payment for your ballet summer course consists of two parts:

The first (advance) amounts to 20% of the total registration fee and must be transferred to the bank account indicated in a period of 15 days after registering for our ballet summer course.

The second part (the remaining amount) must

1) be transferred to the same bank account before June or

2)be paid in cash on site, the first day of the summer course.

For the transfer, please indicate the name you used for the registration and please do not specify a different name.
The advance of 20% will be refunded in case of force majeure or in case of accident or injury if you send us a scanned medical certificate.

Rules for payment of your hotel

The payment for the accommodation  also consists of two parts:

1) the first part  100 € must be paid 15 days after your registration to our course together with the advance of the course.

2) The second part (the remaining sum) can also be paid upon arrival at the hotel, by cash or credit card.
Remember to indicate in the notice of the transfer “balletcourse” with your name!

You can cancel your reservation 1 month before the scheduled date of your arrival to the hotel; otherwise, the booking fee will not be refunded.

General rules

  1. For Ballet Summer Course Budapest 2018 course may apply boys and girls over 10 years of age.
  2. Each participant is required to take care of their own equipment (ballet dress).
  3. Each participant is recommended to have a health or accident insurance.
  4. Those participants who have health problems (eg. allergy) must inform the course organizers.
  5. The organizers will not accept liability for personal objects or any injury, accident.
  6. The organizers reserve the right to change the ballet master.
  7. Participants should note that during the course of public photo-video materials are made.
  8. The organizers assumes no obligation to care of the participants in the free time.
  9. The organizers only care of the participants during the course hours.
  10. Participants are required to comply with the posted rules (no smoking in the building, etc.).
